Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We can not accept open box gear.
All gear orders are subject to a restocking fee of up to a 15% if returned or cancelled.
All Afterpay orders cancelled after purchase are subject to a 6% fee.

bplusshop. is not responsible for delayed, lost or stolen packages. We offer Route shipping insurance so that if your package is lost or stolen you are able to get a refund. If you choose not to purchase the shipping insurance our ability to help with a replacement or refund is limited.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a digital gift card will be sent to you via email.
